  • We called Sunday evening and Bob called us back first thing Monday. Came out, installed the switch and all is well. Bob is very knowledgeable and professional and I believe, very honest. He didn't gouge us, which is nice in this day and age. Considering the time he spent at our house the first day cleaning the motors etc, we got our money's worth. We will be calling him in the future for ANY repairs or advice we need!!! Thanks Bob!!

  • My dehumidifier was running but not extracting any water. Since I am elderly, he offered to pick up the humidifier and check it out, since I was not able to get the unit to him. He was very prompt on calling me back, and explained the problem, to my satisfaction. I found Mr. Schueler to be very efficient and courteous in our transaction. I highly recommend his work ethics and will call him again, if the need arises.

  • Bob gave us an accurate estimate of cost, arrived at the time he promised, and replaced our ice-maker in short order. He was pleasant to talk to, and did not mind us asking him all sorts of questions. The ice maker works fine now, and the cost was minimal for full replacement of the unit.

  • The oven electronic control failed. He was able to locate a new control even though the manufacturer does not make that part anymore, installed it and viola! I can bake/cook.

After describing the issue, they understood it immediately and explained how a service call was not necessary.
